Am I eligible for participating in the program?

Guiding Children SuccessfullyYes. There are two types of viewers

Some participants watch the programs for credited hours and others watch the programs for personal use.

Those watching the video for credited hours must:

1.  Fill out the Registration form,

2.  Checkout the video and get learning check from your local county Cooperative Extension Office.

3.  Watch video and fill out Learning Check/Evaluation,

4.  Return video to county agent within seven (7) days of checkout date and have agent sign receipt confirmation on evaluation,

5.  Mail learning check/evaluation and registration to state office.

•  Learning checks/evaluations will be scored and filed at the state office. Registration will also be entered in a database and filed at the state office. Certificates will be mailed to participant within three (3) business days if learning check passes with a score of 80% or higher.

Those watching the programs for personal use must:

1.  Fill out the Registration form,

2.  Check out the video,

3.  Watch and return video and evaluation within seven (7) days of checkout.

• These participants will not automatically receive a certificate of verified training. If a participant wishes to receive a certificate, he/she must also complete the corresponding learning check.
