Credit Reports

A credit report is a written history of how a person repays credit and debt obligations. If you have a credit card, car loan, student loan or home mortgage your financial information is stored in a credit report data file. The information came from you and your creditors. When you apply for new credit, a lender looks at the information in your credit report to help determine whether or not to give you the loan.
